For a corporate annual dinner we built the AI portrait booth and ran it on the night. Guests ran the whole flow on their own phones, and the team printed and handed over 218 portraits that evening.
How it works
- Guest self-service. Upload one front-facing photo; the whole flow runs on the guest's own phone, with no queue for a camera.
- Choose the look. Style, scene and outfit; the system matches an outfit to the scene chosen.
- Collect on the spot. A pickup number and QR code once the portrait is generated, and the full-size image can be saved.
- Staff console. Staff manage the print queue, track status and reprint from one screen.
