The brief
CKM Asia, a traffic and transport planning consultant, needed to know what people thought of moving a bus stop on Nga Tsin Wai Road in Kowloon City. We interviewed 200 pedestrians and Long Win bus passengers face to face, with a questionnaire in four languages.
