The brand idea
Kennedy 7 PO opened during the pandemic, when travel had stopped and Hong Kong had few Middle Eastern restaurants. Middle Eastern decor and traditional dishes gave guests a taste of somewhere else at the table. Built the way we build every F&B brand: find the gap in the market first, then set the audience, the menu, the space and the social media.
