The brief
Companies want their teams to use AI, but a general course rarely changes how a department works. This programme was built so that every participant leaves with a proposal their own business can act on.
What we did
Ztoa Consulting operates the programme with the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong and the Association of Cloud and Mobile Computing Professionals (ACMCP).
- Built on a real problem. An opening interview scopes a genuine pain point in the participant's department, and everything after it is worked against that problem.
- Eighteen hours, four on site. A one-to-one interview, an on-site workshop, twelve hours of facilitated online learning, coaching, and a final presentation.
- A proposal, not just a pass. The proof of concept is assessed on problem definition, feasibility, technical soundness, data and security, and return on investment.
