The brief
HKCMPA (香港中藥藥劑師協會) is exploring a professional certification system for Chinese pharmacists and practitioners of Chinese medicine. We researched whether such a system is feasible and how certification could work, through focus groups with 50 members of the public, held face to face and on Zoom.
