Why a diagnostic
A school's AI plan should not be a box of ready-made software. This free tool, open to the public with no sign-up, takes about eight minutes and breaks down the school's situation, pain points and stakeholders before it suggests anything.
How it works
- The right questions first. Five self-check questions before the form: which three tasks take most of a teacher's time, which complaint repeats most, what knowledge leaves when a colleague does, which data you want but cannot find, and what you would do with five more hours.
- Every question explains itself. Each one says how it will shape the final recommendation. Voice answers are transcribed and analysed, and answers are used only to produce that school's briefing.
- A twelve-section briefing. From the core problem and the data that needs cleaning first, through integration, workflow redesign, human review points and stakeholder roles, to a 90-day pilot and next steps.
- Three quick wins. Report-card comments in bulk, parent notices and bilingual letters, and lesson plans with slides, each with its inputs and outputs, as candidates for a first pilot.
