The brand idea
Misoup started online with ready-to-eat soups and opened a shop on Wing Wo Street a year later, taking light Japanese meals from the internet to the street for office workers in a hurry. Built the way we build every F&B brand: find the gap in the market first, then set the audience, the menu, the space and the social media.
What the brand offers
- The signature. Its own light-meal idea, the sashimi hot dog; the miso soup follows the method of a Japanese miso master.
- Retail. The shop also sells Japanese cooking ingredients, suited to the habit of cooking at home during the pandemic.
- Who it serves. Office workers who want healthy, quick Japanese food, and people who like to cook at home.
